Why it matters
Billed as the first quadruped rated to work from -20 C to 55 C; in February 2025 Changsha's fire service said it was the first locally made robot dog in operational fire-rescue use there.
Real-world use
Singapore Power uses one for cable-tunnel inspection (from January 2025); a Changsha fire and rescue team began operational use in February 2025.

- Movement
- Walks on legs
- How it runs
- Fully autonomous. It runs set inspection routes at industrial sites on its own and goes back to charge itself; it can also be driven by hand.
- Actuators & motors
- DEEP's own leg-joint modules (12 joints); the company sells its J-series joints separately
- Sensors & vision
- Fused perception that lets it navigate in darkness, glare and flicker; fire-rescue versions add harmful-gas detection and real-time 3D mapping
- Battery & power
- Quick-swap battery; endurance up 25% over the previous model when carrying payloads
- Materials & build
- IP67; rated -20 to 55 C
- Other details
- Ethernet, USB 2.0/3.0 and Wi-Fi interfaces with 5/12/24 V and 72 V battery power outputs for payloads; climbs 45-degree industrial stairs
