UNAM Bio-Robotics Laboratory, School of Engineering · research humanoid
Justina
Mexico's long-running domestic service robot: a mechatronic head with camera and microphone array, a torso that rises and lowers to reach the floor or high shelves, and two 7-DoF arms on an omnidirectional base, running UNAM's VIRBOT architecture on ROS. It has been rebuilt over the years since its 2006 debut, gaining a friendlier blue face in 2017.
