Kenta

A tendon-driven humanoid whose torso bends through a multi-joint spine like a person's, built to study adjustable stiffness and posture. First described at ISRR 2001 and detailed at IROS 2002, it began the JSK line of spined musculoskeletal humanoids followed by Kenji, Kotaro, Kojiro, Kenshiro and Kengoro.
